I am a certified personal trainer from Houston, TX who earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. I have studied and taken classes in Physiology, Biomechanics, Nutrition, Health Behavior Change and many other fields.

I am passionate about health and fitness, nutrition, and helping the human body perform at its best. I have trained with powerlifters, bodybuilders, marathon runners and triathletes. I am currently training for an ironman.
