Tried it out today. 3 rounds and 20 reps each (not that I tried to be ambitious on purpose, simply it was easier to remember). Pretty good!
Not bad! Did 3 rounds, 20 reps each today. Not trying to be ambitious on purpose. Was easier to remember the rep # and the 3 rounds is kinda a habit now.
